Singed Guide
Singed, The underrated Regenist
Shurelia's seems to be a nice touch on Singed.
There are a few things I would change though:
A) Switch out Sunfire Cape for a better armor item such as Frozen Heart, Thornmail, or Randuin's Omen.
B) Getting Philo Stone early is often nice, and gets you the most bang for its buck. However, you could be using the 800 early game gold towards getting RoA earlier. I know philo makes gold back, but not significantly fast enough for you to be getting RoA as early as you should.
Other than that, great work on the guide.

A) I think you are correct, I've changed that in my guide. While Randiun's is more expensive, it gives more Armor. The drawback is less HP; however, it gives additional HP Regen, and that's what this guide is all about! Thanks!
B) I understand, and you have a valid point, but my thought is Singed can have a mana shortage issue early to mid game. He is a very effective farmer, but only if he has mana. Otherwise, he must run around and last hit everything. Missing minions is never acceptable, but more so with Singed. I like the Phil Stone not just for the money, but because it solves early mana issues and that allows better farming.
