You have 9 Quints instead of 3 and while it isn't a big deal i thought you might like to know.

Sorry but reading what you put I just thought that you didn't read the guide properly. +51AP at level 18 is late game runes.
And as I said to the last 5 people who asked. I don't buy RoA on ahri because she is a burst assassin. Rylais gives you ALL the sustain you need.

Im sorry to down vote your guide but I personally think some of the things you set here contradict each other. For exampl, your runes are ment for early game advantage, (not late game) since flat runes are lower to those compared to per level by the end of the game. Also if you play ahri top it shouldnt be a problem to zone your enemy while farming considering the usual top candidates. And that infact will give your team a huge advantage, so i would not pick W before E, since the charm is amazing for zoning (w might just push the lane if not used carefully). The summoner spells r good but i rather go with flash ignite since alot of champs have crazy health regen abilities (the usual solo top people) and ignite might grant u a kill if used properly when bursting them down (since they should not have that much health cuz of the constant pocking and zoning). The items are also not what i would pick if im to solo top, altho i do think lich is good cuz of ahri rotation (you got 6 possible skills to activate it) some of the other items are just weird. Instead of rushing rabadons I would go for ROA for the extra sustain and survibability (solo top champs love to dive) (another reason while charm as second priority makes sense). Zhonia is a very situational item, but i really never find myself using it unless theres a karthus or i do really alwasy get focused (otherwise i just kite with all the skills and try only to initiate with charm but not go in). You dont want to halt for 2 seconds so that the others surround you. void staff is also not that great considering truedamage from your main damage spell. And the masteries, might just be the way you play ahri (so i wont tell you to get the fast walking skill, but believe me i use it alot and kite like a boss with that charm and q to poke while being chased). but the increased blue buff? if you play top you might find it hard to get it unless you go get the enemy one, yours will be taken by ur jungler or your mid.
There are some other stuff but well maybe im just weird.

The build itself is fine, but why lich bane? where's the RoA? This is a build/guide for playing Ahri solo top. How about the blue buff? if you spawn in the blue team u wont have access to blue buff! wont rate cause of lich bane. other than that it looks okay.
