Because its your first guide i will give you a upvote.
But why runes in extra movement Because you have slowdown-abilitie???
And you could use some pictures and colours to make your guide more interesting.

I think you've gotten a bad response because you are trying something unconventional.

I kind of like it, to be honest. I could see this doing well against some AD fighters.

Though, you will have trouble against any champions with range or ap (or other non-ad) based damage.

It's certainly clever denying the opponent last hits with mocking shout, and could work especially against mana users who can't afford to use skills to last hit.

From an old veteran who enjoys new things, I like it!

items, runes, skill order, and summoner skills are all sub par - I recommend looked at a few top tryn guides and playing them a bit first, then trying to customize them.
