Overall this actually looks like a good patch. I've never had trouble with Riven and I'm completely unaware of her strength. Probably because I've never seen an exceptional Riven. Jax changes are interesting, and actually will improve his laning power. As well the "on command" stun was something we all suspected, the fact that it is now realized with a "troll roll" to boot is to keep him competative.
Removal of dodge is w/e RNG is fun to an extent....But the chain dodges an opponent got just made you want to scream. Or if the dodge procs didn't happen when you were wearing them, you felt like Tabi were a waste. These "new" boots will be interesting.

Looking forward to this slight Riven-nerf, i was always a fan of her Q Ability and hope its now worth lvling up first
It's not really a nerf it's more of a balancing. Only thing there really "nerfing" is her HP/5 which I never really noticed anyways and making her

Right now you max her

After the change you'll need to choose between damage by maxing

Sounds like something that'll make her weaker overall to me :|
She should still be fine though.

She really, really was.
Broken Wings didn't hurt, but it was THREE flashes with a BUILT IN CC that procced her passive THREE times. If it did hurt it would be far too strong on the current Riven.
Ki Burst really wasn't her real damage, her passive hurts. A lot.
Anybody that does physical damage could be "countered by" Thornmail.

Riven was way too strong.
Agreed.
I play(ed) Riven a lot, too, and she really needed some work.
