Good Guide, I especially like the Atma's Impaler + Frozen Mallet combonation. I just started making my own Tryndamere guide and it's almost finished if you want you can check it out. Its not finished but its really in-depth.

I think u should use exhaust and ignite because why does tryndamere need ghost?
I suggest ignite. It is amazing. exhaust is decent but still better then ghost. you have for speed

Good build but I suggest not getting atmas impaler, get a Phantom Dancer or a Leviathan.

Gave it a +1, used the build and it went pretty good ^^ (other summoner spells tho', I'm not a fan of cleanse).

The guide itself needs a lot of upgrading.
