I added some sparks to it with a red grunge brush set on Dodge (which turned out really awesome) and put a duplicated image of Akali with a motion blur on a low opacity over the top to add some depth and interesting texture.
Along with my basic yellow layer set to overlay on 40-50% opacity and some brown and black grunge brushes.
I'm finding I really love simple.

Finally got a chance to work on some sig stuff.
Here's my first actual attempt at a sig for quite a while:
Any CnC? I really like it personally. Was monkeying with smudging stuff, have about 12 layers of smudged render and then the background I made out of smudging C4Ds, a lot of smudging of them.
Oh and also, it's the text from the Alien movies on a Predator sig xD

I like the focal -obviously that alien the backround is simple and yet really good for this
SIG! I like your font on the one hand it's nice that it's not that strong because you won't disturb the focal and it fits the mood of the SIG on the otherhand I'd make it a lil bit stronger cuz some people might not even see it :)
Possible Improvement: The upperright corner is a lil bit dark - I wonder why^^ why isn't it like the rest of the backround, and you could make the text a lil bit stronger!
I really like the SIGstyle I just don't like alienvspredators at all ^^
