I think we should add in this function sometime in the future. I really like keeping tabs on a few peoples blogs and having an options to subscribe to them would be awesome to be able to be first on the scene when they make a new blog.

Most likely this will be incorporated with some general profile updates that let you track various things across the site. We have been wanting to do this for a long time but other things keep getting in the way. Hopefully soon.
