The problem is that he is constantly low HP. Once he finishes first camp hes always about 200hp, sometimes even 100hp. He gets totally destroyed against capable counter jungler.

First even with stonwall008 way you have a big problem you leave you'r blue up for quite a long time so if the enemy knows that he will take it.
Seconde if the enemy finds you you are dead. Even Olaf as another Jungler that gets really low would be better as he gains atk speed from it. So everyone can come when he pleases and kill you.

you know, as long as no one on the enemy team wards, they don't have a jungler, AND you're playing on a smurf account at about 400 elo. He's so power then.
Otherwise, GTFO. Jungle Mundo against any other jungler. CV dropped on your buff. You use skill twice, get buff low. I merc your *** because you're at half hp without ever taking dmg from champs.
