upvote to counter the obvious rabadons troll who obviously has never played ryze... probably not LoL either considering some of his comments.
with that said though potency on your quints you might be better served using something else there... mana runes, move speed, spell pen etc. also i would look at getting the 9 points in offense tree for that 10% magic pen. other than that it is a very nice guide. don't let the obvious trolls bother you.
wow stop stalking my comments, and yes rabadon's combined with archangel's is going to provide more damage than stacking purely mana, not to mention the incorrect use quints which you yourself agree with, stop stalking my comments

1. Why no mana runes, it helps your damage.
2. Why get 2 points in ad in offence tree...
3. Use those points to get magic pen in offence tree.
yes rabadon on ryze is troll imo
