As seen in some tournaments, leona + jarvan bring both CC and mobility with solid damage.
U could also try taric/blitzcrank/alistar, they fit more the dmg+support role.
The problem with sion+swain is that swain needs to level up fast, as each lvl means improving the base damage of one spell (that's why AP champ love to be in solo lane, they want that full xp). Sion and Swain need the gold from minion, each one wil have the half of what a dmg champ from dmg+support duo would have.
If you put leona/blitz/taric/alistar/maokai in the lane, they dont need the gold, as their goal is CC : any need of gold for that, the partner can farm all he wants.
If you want early kills or/and zone the enemies out (they are so afraid they cant even last hit the minions), pick 2 cc champ. Sion, jarvan, vayne in a certain way, brand + a CC-based champ.
Use any vocal to coordinate and try some combo :D

I would suggest Taric + Renekton combo. Taric with his stun, and Renekton with his, together with Taric's armor-reduction and Renekton's high early-game damage, can really devastate any enemy. I haven't really tried it out myself, but in theory it should work. You would almost definitely own the lane, which can be a good thing, or a bad thing (depending on how you ward your jungle).

As a regard to team comp's, AOE comps all the way, nothing as satisfying as seeing MF's ult streaming over amumu's ult while they're getting stunned by a kennen ult and Swain running around playing invincible, right when they're out of kennens stun sona says hi.

One friend and me have been playing Sion/Swain bottom lane and it has really kinda been wrecking faces. So I have read a number of "best duo lanes" threads, and i realize that sion/swain doesnt fit the supprt/ad meta, but I figure in normal lower level games team comp doesnt matter as much, and if u can abuse ur lane early, its huge.
So my main question is what two champs would you put bot lane to really be able to abuse the other team early/get some early kills?
Also, if you have some suggestions of a full team comp that you just think is CRAZY good together (since we do blind pick n dont have to worry about bans), thatd be cool too.
