I think you would benefit more from Armor Seals, but not sure since I don't play Fiddlesticks.

Yeah if you steal his blue via invading jungle at start you pretty much ruin his early game.

Even if he has blue all game, he just clears SOOOO slow, and his ganks are sub par until like level 10 or so when he can actually level up fear.

If you want to use ArP marks or/and quints, keep in minds the most part of jungle monsters don't have a lot of armor :
At their first spawn
12 armor for double golems
20 red lizard / blue golem
8 little lizard with them
15 big wraith
5 little wraith
9 big wolf
6little wolf
Having 12 or 15 will bring most part of them to 0, others marks quint could then be AD or AS depending of the champ
-> Not sure about that : armor penetration cant bring down armor below 0, its armor reduction that can do it, right ?
For physical jungle, the faster and easier if you dont have the IP etc is the double rune page, one with AS (skarner, shyvana etc) one with ad and arp (if you dont know about the champ, take this).
Then some jungler, such as singed, amumu, rammus will need some specific runepage

A good chunk of AP and growing HP through the whole game works totally for me!
But if anyone have other suggestions, I would like to know :)
