It is if you get an early crit. It can be an instant exp zone or even a kill depending on how much harass you had already done.

Still doubt that 4% is something dramatic. As Morello said, easily complemented with runes.

Caucheka I couldn't have said it better. Riot has totally ruined this game for me now. This is such ********. Let's petition them to make lee sins 1 deall a flat 10k damage. That's fair.
