Take a shower and come back and play.

You're thinking you're a bad player.
How can you ever even hope to play well if all you do is tell yourself you have slow reactions and you're bad?
Self improvement starts in your head. Realistically evaluate your mistakes, and fix them.
For example, the best players are incredibly confident, but simultaneously self critical.
I'm never content with myself when I mess up a play. I want every play to go perfectly.

It's difficult to see them yourself. Like I played Udyr vs Winter's Riven the other night and lost horribly, but I didn't really know what I was doing wrong. I was obviously making mistakes, but I just wasn't sure what.
I also played GP vs his Nasus, which is pretty much the easiest matchup ever, and I still only went 2-0 barely ahead in CS.

But you won the match up that you were supposed to win :)
Positioning and these things can be learned by watching the very best players who stream as well, and then also by considering your opponent's skill set and their skill ranges and the like, and understanding their damage potential vrs your own.
Winning trades and lanes includes damage dealt, your sustain, potions, etc.

Riven vs Udyr is mostly a rune matchup.
GP vs Nasus is an easy matchup, but properly runed Nasus can catch up pretty handily and GP will be worth less in the end game.
You seem to really like top lane.
Top lane seems to be kind of nuetral lately.
Tri lane for life.
If you want I can work with you but I know you don't have runes and stuff and not everyone enjoys my lessons :3

No you're right.
Just give up instead of improving.
