Why can I only win when I play with Toshabi's level 12 smurf?
Like really.
Volibear gets armour and my Q doesn't even touch him, then every time I Q he uses his gay **** OP movespeed, catches me even though I have boots and he doesn't, and does 4x+ more damage than I did to him.
What am I doing wrong?
Why can't I just be good?

That wasn't your fault. You outcs'd Volibear, and were winning the lane. The fact was he got 12/1 from the rest of us.
Also, why does it have to be 'your fault'? It can be those playing well too, you know!

I was beating his CS slightly until he started running at me and doing ridiculous inescapable damage and killed me. Then he zoned me for the rest of the game.
