Thank you Temzilla for clearing that up for him. Yeah, Hate Spike does crazy damage. Ravage is a one time thing, and not worth getting over Hate spike imo.
Also, you are right about the neutral thing. I'll fix it when I get the chance.

You would get more damage out of the sheen/lich bane procs on Hate Spike, but Ravage can be maxed second because of mana costs and because you won't get the lich bane till 14 anyways.

Lich Bane real expensive item.

passive doesn't work against buffs? they are neutral and wouldnt ravage be best to max first since it deals huge damage instantly especially followed up by a lich bane auto attack?

I would like to point out some stuff :3
you say 18 ap is nothing, but 5% of 450ish AP is only 23 AP! The scaling comes after rabadons I'm pretty sure
also, Evelynn's early game is it's weakest. if you can get into mid game with good farm, u will do great. so the 2 gold per 5 seconds will help early game farm. why? because eelynn is such a bad early game laner. she can't do anything because if she harasses someone shell end up losing more then she did.

farming is annoying as **** too because ur so squishy. If this was jungle evelynn, leaving out greed would be ok, but I would take it IMO.

@MajorLoL I know many people won't agree with my build, but it really is so much stronger than other builds i have seen. The main reason is the early Lich Bane, its what makes Eve, Eve. I've been using Lich Bane on Eve ever since I can remember. I've noticed that after I finish it, I begin raping. The item build will be changed quite a bit because I recently came back to LoL after a 6 month break, and my dissapointment with what Riot has done with Eve gave me a reason to find a good way to play her. I hit the publish buttton by accident, but so far it's only 1/3 done. I will be experimenting much much more.
@FettAffe it is what I am doing. I'm building rageblade because of how well it scales with Lich bane. I'll be experimenting more with the build now that so many of you have claimed it seems weird, but dont expect too many changes. Its a strong build.

I think the point of the rageblade and nashor's is to allow your litchbane to proc as much as possible. I agree building into the litchbane could be postponed, but the first item i buy after boots is a sheen. The mana and damage are too good on her to pass up.

Anyways, It's a really good guide and I can't wait to see the whole thing. Now for the critique: You go for an AP edge, but you take Guinsoo's Rageblade and Nashor's Tooth. I think it's a tad useless to just get the little amount of AD and AS instead of making your AP burst much stronger.

Secondly, get Lich Bane Later, because when you get it, it won't be as effective as if you took something like Rabadon's Deathcap before. I would say don't rush it so early.

Can't wait to see the finished guide! I've been wanting to play Eve again, but I can't seem to find a good team to put her on. Maybe include the team roster in your guide?
