I don't wanna be a jerk but ..
Your runes are horrible, might as well get some mana regen instead of flat mana
Mejais is a good idea if you know you wont die, i agree on that part, but your other items are extremly expensive, if you go bot with a carry you shouldn't be taking creeps, and if you do you wont be letting your true carry rise up to their potential.
Your masteries contradict your build.
Why go with an offensive ap build while you take utility masteries ?
This should really be reworked in an ap janna guide, otherwise it's just plain wrong.

No gold per 5 items? Full damage? As a support? You're doing something wrong especially if you're going to go to other guides and down-vote them just to make your guide look better, when it's making you look WORST. -1 for lack of maturity.

I don't really like the masteries.

Thank you for your suggestions shingetsu. However, with a mana manipulator, i would not be able to grab my catalyst as early as i would want to, and your shield early game would be dreadful ( not as much ap). Your mana hungriness is dealt with after a couple of minutes with the catalyst, so mana manipulator has very little use (even with upgrade).

The build and the play style are good on Janna, but it's best used in mid. Bot should be CSing it's life out with a full support. A mid Janna is actually very viable, and use your e the same way but on yourself, the ad still counts :P.
Your runes are off (you did warn us tho) and q should be prioritized on champions, creeps should be allowed to go where they want, just last hit them for the gold (if mid) or leave them for the ad carry @ bot.
Finally, I'd suggest to prioritize mana manipulator as a first item, as it will help a lot in bot, and will let you get it's upgrade (it's awesome on Janna) later.
