Attack speed runes and items... you mention that this is a weak spot and you're right. Attack speed doesn't make sense on Yorick. Blues should be magic resist. Boots could change into something with tenacity or cooldown reduction... You'd probably be pleased with the results if you replace Black Cleaver with Atma's.

yes because yorick needs health and something that will also give him damage, also a 100% guarenteed slow is better then 35% dont be so obstinate over one item choice if you read i will explain that its also based on how the game is going this is what i do most of the time and works perfectly.
