Plus, he clears fast, making it harder to counter him.

And you want to max q FIRST btw....

I don't care that it's in a different language. starting jungle with vamp scep is not a good idea on lee. He is very susceptible to counter jungling and you want to get your q second not w. Boots should also be your second item so you can start ganking right away. The rest of the build is fine, but triforce is always going to be a debateable item on lee.
