Flash- Twitch's best summoner spell by far regardless of the newest nerf. Ignite is probably the second best as well.

Situational Items? In this build AP will destroy Twitch.

Twitch requires some type of health regen. Whether its life steal or a passive, such as warmogs. There is neither warmogs or a sustainable amount of life steal in this build.

Another solution to this is replacing the ghost blade with warmogs armor. Then life steal isn't necessary; you'll get stacking health regen as you get kills on top of what is already given. Also, keeping boots of mobility for the full game is usually not beneficial. Try switching to Mercury's later in the game. Or even ninja tabi against an AD packed team. Now another problem is AP full teams. Put some situational items in here such as banshees veil. Other than that, good work.

Nice build, but i think you should really add a Bloodthirster. Twitch really needs Lifesteal :D. Maybe remove Atma's or Youmuu's and replace with Bloodthirster
