Yea sorry about that. I put this build together in an hour while I was doing homework. It's far from finished and I might make some changes to the items. Your feedback is appreciated :)
You can't have a point in weapon expertise without 4 points in the attack speed talent below it.
Also frozen mallet is really not worth buying until late game. The patter costs 800g and gives 2 ad and 45 hp. Yes the slow is nice...but you'll get trounced due to lack of stats going this route. I'd suggest a warmogs or a sunfirecloak instead.
I see what you're getting at, but Renekton's actually a good burst damage dealer. I just feel that during the laning phase the CDR is better for more harass.

another thing, sure cdr is good, but on an off tank,
I would take flash If I were you, renekton does not have good escape after his skill.
