after your 1st phantom dancer, you can get thornmail/QSS/GA/Banshees whatever after, and when its time to buy your 2nd PD, you can jsut sell your shoes. strut + 2 phantom dancers gives you upwards of 430 movespeed (esitmation) while still being more offensive than picking boots. also, i would note that last whisper can be replace the black cleaver if your enemies have ma certain amount of armor. Lastly, after your 2nd PD, you can sell your boots for a 3rd PD (which keeps the movespeed almost exactly the same), for 100% crit and max attack speed with impure shots.
