Miss Fortune Passive Ability
Introduction
SuperLemrick here and I will show you how to pwn like a boss with Miss Fortune.
Thanks to hallucinations for giving me ideas for my item build.
One day, young Sarah returned home to hear gunshots and screaming. Her front door was smashed open; inside, she saw her mother lying in a pool of blood. A sudden blow to her head made her collapse next to her slain mother. The last thing she could remember were her attacker's red eyes, as his face was blocked by a rogue's bandana. Miss Fortune has a strong distrust for pirates and she finds herself constantly bickering with the infamous Gangplank (the only captain to resist her charms) over the direction of Bilgewater politics. Her two goals: to unite the people of Bilgewater, making them into a strong and independent society, and to find the pirate who killed her mother. To that end, she has entered the League of Legends as a champion, trading her skills for the wealth and influence that will help her accomplish both.
Pros
Impure Shots allows for a nice attack speed boost.
If used corectly, Bullet Time is a good ultimate.
Cons
If you aim your ultimate incorectly, you are likely to be destroyed.
People think you shouldn't go mid even though you are the carry -_-
People get mad when you try to play her.
Can't spam abilites.
Mana Hungry.
Today we are going to patch up Miss Fortune's Cons, and make the Pros even better :)
Greater Mark of Desolation
Armour Penatration Marks Armour preventing you from doing your full damage on a tank? (Note: Do NOT FOCUS THE TANK FIRST) Then get these awesome marks to stop that from happening!
Greater Seal of Attack Speed
Attack Speed Seals While these aren't the best seals around, they are certainly better than armour seals for an AD Carry!
Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Regeneration
Mana Regen. Per Level Glyphs
They give you more mana to spam your abilites. Who doesn't want that?
Quintessence of desolation
Armour Penatration Quintences
These Quintences allow you to do even more damage on those tanky tanks!
Offence:
Take the points meant for AD Caries!
Defense:
I don't really see why you would take this unless you need to patch up armour problems. Otherwise, you could be doing more damage!
Utilites:
Improved time spent dead and more effectiveness of buffs? Take these hell yes! but do not take points in swiftness. What you are doing when you do this you are saying: Hey, Miss Fortune isn't fast enough already with her passive. I NEED TO MAKE HER GO FASTER!
Early Game:
When you first get off the summoning platform, buy a Doran's Blade. It gives you a small, but useful amount of AD to start off with. Not only that, you get almost the same amount of lifesteal as a Vampiric Scepter as well when you get 2 more Dorans. You are stupid if you don't get this for a ranged DPS. On your first trip back, get 2 more Doran's Blades. Why? You get almost the same amount of lifesteal as a Vampiric Scepter plus an even more awesome AD bonus. And yes, the lifesteal actually is effective. If you are pwning then you might have the money to afford Boots or two health pots and two mana pots. Second time back get a Zeal or B. F. Sword. If you get the BF sword first you are getting more AD. Oh, and if you just barely have enough money to buy one, just sell one of your Doran's Blades! Yes my friends its that simple. or you could get some attack speed from Zeal. 3rd time back get Berserker's Greaves. Sell off your last 2 Doran's Blades and get a Vampiric Scepter. Start building a Infinity Edge.Mid Game:
Finish building your Infinity Edge and get a Phantom Dancer. These 2 items are nessacerry for any AD build. Get a Bloodthirster. For even more lifesteal.Late Game:
These are where those special items come in.Offenseive MF:
If you are pwning late game you should get a Black Cleaver and another Phantom Dancer. Now knowing you people you are probably freaking out and saying: WTF! 2 PHANTOM DANCERS OMG! THIS GUY SUCKS! Not entirely. Why? Because You get more crit bonus, movement speed, and attack speed! And you trade another phantom dancer for ****? Shame on you. You could also trade a Berserker's Greaves for another Phantom Dancer or Last Whisper for extra armour penatration.Magic Resist MF:
Get a Quicksilver Sash. Not only does it remove the CC duration, it also gives you magic resist. Perfect againest an AP team. The last item on this build is completely up to you. (Just don't make it ****py.)AD Resist MF:
Enemy team entirely made up of AD? Get Thornmail and a Black Cleaver. Problem solved.Off-Tank MF:
do you feel like you are being pwned? then get Warmog's Armour and Atmas Implaler so that you are a bit tanky, without losing as much AD.First Get Double Up. Why? It will be your main damage source againest champions. SCREW MAKE IT RAIN! Double Up is the way to go. Then get Make it Rain. (Happy?) Then get Impure Shots. Max out Double Up followed by Make it Rain and Impure Shots. And as always, Level Up Bullet Time on levels 6, 11, and 16.
Double Up not only does an exellent amount of damage, it bounces back behind the target. (Perfect for turret huggers ^) Also annoy people mid by using this technique. Note that Double Up bounces to the target directly behind it. So if there are 2 minions between your target, expect it not to hit.
Impure Shots:
Gives a small magic damage boost and a ok attack speed boost. Activate this if you are hitting a turret or finishing off a person with ignite as it reduces healing rates.
Make It Rain:
Make It Rain used to be my favorite spell. Why is it not anymore? While Make It Rain does have a slow, its really not for doing damage. Thats why I take Double Up first. Put this right behind your chasers and you will have a better chance of getting away.
Bullet Time:
This skill is Miss Fortune's Ultimate. It is hard to use if you have no idea what you are doing. If you get silenced the Ultimate is cancelled. This means if Talon does his silence your ultimate is done for. Also clicking anywhere on the screen cancels her Ultimate. So use this one wisely as it fires in a very thin cone. But when done corectly, Bullet Time just might change a teamfight for the better.
Mid:
What you want to do mid mostly is farm and dodge the opponents skill shots as your opponent will likely be more powerful then you. But every now and then you can poke the oppoenent. BUT DO NOT DO THIS EVERYTIME YOU HAVE A SKILL. Or else you will find your mana draining quicker then Fiddlesticks lifestealing you. Also call this simple but important command. mid mia. This will let your teammates know if they might get a gank or not. If you have the oppertuinity, you should gank. Wait until the laners over extend then feel free to do this combo. Make it Rain, Bullet Time, Double Up, And finally Impure Shots. If you have a jungler ask them if you can have blue buff. Important for mid. If they refuse then its bad luck for you. But watch for characters like Annie because she has a stun which could very much mess you up.
Solo Top:
If your team asks you to solo top, then refuse. Because MF, being a carry, is not a solo top.
Bot:
Try to go with supports or tanks. 2 AD carrys in one lane equals instant trouble. Proved this by playing Caitlyn with Kog Maw in one lane. Try to get as much farm as possible and poke people like I said in my mid guide. Also call bot mia.
Mid Game:
Mainly try to stay with a teammate. I have made the awful mistake of not having a teammate with me resulting in a gank. MAP AWARENESS is also important. It tells me if I am going to get a gank or not if my stupid team doesn't call mia. I did this once to a very stupid Fiddlesticks. I told my team to gather in the top mid bush and when he came he got his own surprise skin handed back in his face. He was fed too.
Late Game:
You should still stick around with a teammate. If you have nothing to do then place sight wards in key spots such as Baron Nashor.
Speaking of wards...
Key:
1. Laning Wards 2. Key Buffs 3. Blue Buff 4. Red Buff
All these wards aren't nesscery, for example, your red buff early game wards not matter as much if you don't have a jungler. Same with blue buff. So you really want to know what key places to ward at certain times of the game. Baron Nashor Spawns 15 minutes into the game. So don't place wards there. And dragon becomes a bit more useless late game so you don't need to ward it. because at this point you are getting your more expensive items such as Black Cleaver and 2 Phantom Dancers. If you are mid then set up 2 wards in the bush's close to you.
Q: But the fed champion is Tryndamere! HE IS SO OP! What do I do?
A: Like I said, Farm. Thats my only soultion
hallucinations for the item build.
Bluetapeboy for suggesting to get a third Phantom Dancer and an optional Last Whisper.
