oh yeah, and just a tiny thing. your missing a skill point in your solo top build that should go level 3 shadow dash :p

you runes look fine as they are
however, I would like to ask why you grab the 2 gold per 10 seconds mastery, and the ward mastery. 4 points for little Gold is not worth it, and 5% range sound good, but it is smaller then the range of an ad carrys autoattack!

take either the cdr or the 3% movement speed in defense tree, 3 hp regen / 5 s is good too.

another thing, solo top needs teleport. This will also make you a godly split lane push because you can ulti somewhere, then teleport somewhere. heal is good, but teleport is better.
