You do not need Rod of Ages. Simply just get Rylai's Crystal Scepter instead as its much more helpful. Rushing Rabadon's Deathcap may be a better choice as you get it way too late into the game and you lose a lot of valuable damage output. I may check back on this guide later for a +1

Please keep in mind that rylai's is an extremely viable item, i didn't even see it mentioned!

And for anybody that sees this comment void staff+Locus+mpen mastery adds up to 62% if i was told correctly, so no it doesn't add up to 90% that would be ridiculous, keep this in mind when you buy void staff(Not that it isn't viable)

i also lvl Locus of power second because i think that Mage Chains is only good for the stun.

This is an upvote to cancel out saikomachi's downvote. I honestly think she needs to learn more about xerath before she downvotes for lvling your W skill over E.

He levels locus of power 2nd for Cd reduction and for mPen.

Well lets just say that Locus of Power is not very good to lvl up 2nd.... and also a little more info would be very helpful.

i told mejai's are just optional. it's nothing wrong to get it if u get feed and stack mejai's fast.
banshees get at midgame. useful against ap carries. if u get it for the last item it would be probably too late. zhonyas not only for the active skill but for the armor. and jungling doesnt seems to be a good idea but its just for fun. i havent told you to do it but it could be fun to play or not. xD

Some things you might want to rethink...
-Soulstealer is a dangerous item that is 99% of the time better left untouched.
- Haunting guise seams a little lacking. I wasn't do enough dmg.
- Geting banshee's veil so early seemed kind of detramental
- Zhonya's seems like overkill.
- jungle doesn't seem like such a great idea.
- really lacking in the info department.

Good rune choices btw I've been using a variation of those myself.

I like the use of Soulstealer! Maybe you should use some Lifeleach instead of Banshee'S Veil.
