The Standards for a solo top that is not getting destroyed, is 100 cs by 15 min.
I played a game as Olaf the other night, 140 cs at the 15 minute mark. Then "teamfight" phase began, but i still got my cs to 250 - 300 (cant remember) before the end of the game.

But farming where kinda useless when your ad carry is 0/6 and the enemy carry is 5/0 and have 200 cs.

Look at ur enemies farm. Look at your farm. Is urs severely higher than his, u did good. If u have better scaling and equals his cs, u did fine. If u have lesser scaling, better have a few kills and a nice cs advantage, even then u needz to abuse ur mid-game advantage.
