Googled Razer Naga Hex, its their newest model with 6 buttons in a hexagon format. Pretty cool, 10 million click life span too.

I don't really understand how the hexagon shape is beneficial when compared to the original design o:

I always found ALT to be such an uncomfortable button to reach...
