As I said, it depends of your team. If you have a team with very little crowd control, Rylai's can be effective. But when you have that AP early, and if your team is reactive (better have friends with you), the 1s stun + 0.7s for the second stun (eventually) is enough to initiate a team fight that your team will win easily, moreover, it's not a single target stun. If you're doing good, you'll catch 4 or 5 players.

I have the feeling that Kennen's players take Rylai's for his 500hp, which will not be as usefull as Zhonya's active or as Will of the Ancients Spell vamp. I agree that its slow is usefull. I simply don't consider it as a priority.

And I also agree with you on the fact that even with 200 or 300 AP, Kennen can be effective. But you won't get an ace in 5v5 as easily as with your rabadon, void's staff and 550 AP and 50% magic pen. I've played maybe 200 or 300 games with her, and I started playing her with Rylai's (after Will of the Ancients) early. It was nice, true, but when I began to play with that destructive stuff, I've stopped buying a rylai's. :)

honestly you need rylais. you only have a 1 second stun.

also, kennen does not need rabadons early. In fact, he cud have little ap and still be good because of utility.
