Every golds/xp are good to take if killing those golems dont put you in danger and dont make you lose too much creeps from the lane (better stay in lane in this case).
If you're not the top who is "counter jungling" by doing it, ask your jungler if he is ok with it (you steal a part of his jungler). Usually the jungler kills them in early lvl but can skip them if the game goes well for your team.

I mean mid comes top to do a heavy pull on the double golems, therefore only wasting 50-150 hp from taking the double golems, mid wouldn't loose creeps, nor would top.
