You have to actually record them with something like FRAPS or XSplit so their in flv or AVI format. If they're in flv format, you have to convert them to AVI format. You can find a program that does that if you google it.

Unless you pay for it, you can only record in 30 second intervals and there's a watermark on it too. It makes your computer lag in game unless it's godly because the files it records are huge.
