AD quints are really strong right now, but ArP quints are still very strong too.
AD marks are meh and ArP outdoes them in 90% of the cases. (so ArP marks are pretty much standard everywhere)
AD quints are standard on most AD carries.
ArP quints are usually used on champions that build flat ArP items such as Ghostblade or Black Cleaver.
Corki can use both AD and ArP quints effectively.
I'm not sure about Fiora, but I think she'll run Last Whisper and therefore she should probably run AD quints.

I never played Fiora personally, but according to a few frineds of mine who plays her, Last Whisper is a must on her, so AD quints or move speed quint are better (both of them run move seed quint with Fiora)

Blade Waltz produces on-hit effects such as life steal. Wouldn't Black Cleaver be a viable item then?

Searz, just want to point out that all the pro AD carries are running AD marks (and quints) at the moment.

Yea, from what I understand AD is more or less the same effectiveness depending on the stage of the game but AD has the added bonus of helping your last hitting and the efficiency doesn't go down if you take the 10% ArP mastery or Last Whisper.
From what I've heard the pro ADs like Chaox and Doublelift are using AD marks and quints now.

True dat, I've questioned the 10% ArP mastery since I most often go arp marks and they lose efficiency with flat redux
