Tanky champions who need mana have great use of it. (it would be a bad choice on Veig and Ori)

How often do you face an AP mid? 9/10 times.
How often do you run out of mana on them because you can't get blue buff/it ran out? Quite often really.
Yes you can sell it later, which you should, but it's for that early game presence without having to buy like, 9K D. Rings.
I usually get it on Veig and the MR it provides has probably saved my life more often than I would like to admit.
