soz, saving quite a load of ip. i just really dunno what to do with it. more runes or get another champion?

Flat Health is nice on tanks with a resistance steroid, like
Flat Armor is pretty good on armor tanks (Malphite and Rammus) and is a strong option against some top lane matchups. If you have a tank/tanky champion that doesn't need other quints in top lane, these will usually come in handy against most AD tops.

(there are a number of other options, but these are usually your best bet imo)
Glyphs:
Flat MR
MR/lvl
AP/lvl
Attack Speed (optional, if you prefer offensive glyphs for ADs/junglers)
Flat CDR (if you need them for a certain champion)
Quints (most flat ones are good):

Lifesteal (?)
I assume you would have most of the important ones, but take a look to see if there are any useful runes you could still buy. Maybe there's a couple you hadn't thought of using but would be nice for a couple champions you play.
