Very nice and informative! I've linked this guide in my guide for people who are new to Dominion.

flash is pretty much only useful for akali. garrison is bad on akali, I could kinda see exhaust + flash, but revive + flash is better since the rest of your team SHOULD have 2 exhausts and 2 garrisons, and honestly revive + exhaust would be fine since akali only wants flash to output her damage, and exhaust does that + it allows the rest of your team to come in and ensures you don't get caught out after you flash.

I'm going to say that not EVERY player on the team always takes revive. However, usually 4-5 players take it, and at minimum, 3 players will take revive.

You may need to get to a higher level of play / play with better people to realize. (I'm not saying I'm good either, I've played maybe 10 dominion games. However, I have spectated a few high elo dominion games)

Revive is really strong. None of heal/barrier/ignite/exhast give as much utility.

well when you play inhouses, watch high elo games, and do premades, you ALWAYS see 100% of the players take Revive lol. It's just the best summoner in the game because not only does it give you something no other spell can give you, it still has great utility even if you're not using it often. deaths are way more important in Dominion than any other game mode because 1 or 2 deaths literally means you probably WILL lose a point if you don't have revive. Lategame a couple deaths means the game. even early dying can cost you the game.

edit:

oh and exhaust and garrison are the second best summoners because they also pretty much let you cap a point you couldn't otherwise, or defend a point you couldn't otherwise. ignite is meh because you don't really need the extra damage, it's only useful for shutting down a mundo or ap ww if you're ad, but your ap should buy morello's anyways, which is a great item on a lot of ap. heal is alright but it still doesn't let you fight 1v1 with someone who is stronger than you like exhaust or garrison does and it's not useful in teamfights at all, barrier is better than heal but still not as useful as exhaust or garrison.

Thanks for being polite this time, I appreciate it.

1) Here is what happened in my test games, I didn't use it willy nilly, I saved it until it was actually useful. And I still didn't find it that helpful, It netted me ONE save of a Capture Point in all of three games. And any difference it made the rest of the time didn't matter because my teammates fed the enemies top. Revive is not working for me as a spell for solo que Dominion.

2) This guide covers a lot of basics, and I also said in the body of the guide that it isn't the only way. Revive is advanced strategy for a full team with coordination. I'll add it as a chapter, but I feel that it is not as OP as you think it is.

and would ghost/other summoners have helped you in that situation? No, because you were dead. When you get to a higher elo of Dominion it will save games a lot and you will see almost everyone having it.

Don't just use it willy nilly. It's best when premade because 5 revives can completely change the tide of the game. If you lose your lane at the start, revive back up and voila, you have no longer lost lane and can probably come back and kill them. your team is up but you make a stupid call and lose top? Revive! They're pushing bot 4v1 and you have revive? Revive! It's also really useful since you get 400 hp for like 4 minutes or something and a great speed boots which is better than ghost.
