Here are some suggestions.

Flash is greatly superior to Ghost for Pantheon in my opinion. You can pull out many tricks with it combined with Aegis of Zeonia, Ghost can easely be disabled with a simple slow.

Replace Last Whisper with an item for Magic resist. This is important because you don't have any and characters like Kog Maw and Ap nukers in general will beat the sh@t out of you later on.

Consider adding Quicksilver Sash as a situational item in your guide. Its a lifesaver against teams with heavy crowd control, or suppresing ultimates.

for your build, i really think that pantheon could use some lifesteal in his core instead of having it in the optional items section. for your runes more indepth will be needed. same for your masteries section. try to code your pros/cons into the columns format. looks more organized that way too :D. also, for your boots section, merc treads are always situational. CC reduction is a boss. not sure if you just know how to make a guide, but if you didnt and looked at someone else's instructions or guide, plz credit that somewhere. possibly in your summary section which i think should have the name of final comments instead. when you are done with this, add in a section about lane matchups. turn on require comment to vote.

Pretty good looking build, though there are no resistances in your build. Is that because you just build full damage or you actually aim to build tanky too?

A few grammar errors here and there, and you need to fix your section on Mercury Treads. I recommend explaining why you chose those runes and masteries.

To me the guide seems a bit rushed like you posted it before the whole thing was finished. I won't vote yet, but fix those things up and PM me, I'll be glad to reevaluate your guide.
