Scrax: Yes that's my problem, I've tried using justin.tv but the quality is terrible. I've also downloaded xsplit but again the quality wasn't great not sure if it get better if I pay for it.
I would obviously prefer not to spend too much on software but if my only choice is to spend some cash for a good picture I really don't mind. What I'm really looking for is something that's easy to setup and use and doesn't an over the top system to run.
My specs are:
Phenom II x4 965 3.40 GHz
4GB DDR3
1TB HHD
GTX 460

I use xSplit, and it's truly a great piece of software. You just have to fix your settings! :) Purchasing it won't give you any greater quality, so don't worry about that. However, if you plan on streaming a lot and try and get a viewer-base, you should purchase it as it's going out of BETA soon.
My Internet speed is 50Mb/s down and 5Mb/s up, and I manage to stream full 1080p, though that takes a beast of a computer to pull off. Could you tell me how fast yours is? Will help me determine which settings I could suggest for you.
Just use speedtest.net if you're unsure of the speed (take a server close to the region you play in on League of Legends).
I use OWN3D.com and my xSplit settings are as follows:
Video encoding:
Preset: XSplit Default (this should always be XSplit Default, unless you got a NASA computer :P)
Quality: 9 (10 isn't worth it)
VBV Buffer (kbit): 2200
VBV Buffer Max Bitrate (kbps): 2200
Resolution: Default Stage Resolution*
Resize method: Default
Audio Encoding:
Format: 44.100 KHz 16 Bit Stereo
Codec: AAC LC
Bitrate: 128000
* = Set the resolution you want to stream in via: "View" - "Resolution". You HAVE to change this to stream in a certain resolution.
You can add me on skype via cryoscrx if you have further questions :)

To save me a lot of stress and hassle could someone post the programs I can use to set up a stream?
Thanks
