Lulu, Support Inside! (With auras!)
I think this is a s solid build, i tried it out in-game and i did quite well. I personally used teleport over clairvoyance, but that's just me. Overall, very solid build. +1

You hold a lot of useless information lying around in this guide, while only around 50 % of it, is actually relevant to the "guide" part of your guide.
The two major useless pieces of information are the "Lore" and "Abilities!". Lore is just generally irrelevant, and your "Abilities!" section doesn't explain your skilling sequence, and goes straight to explaining the abilities that Lulu has. Instead of explaining how to use them, you explain how they work which is irrelevant since MOBAFire has been coded with the explainations of pretty much everything in LoL, just by howering your mouse over the item.
The rest of the guide is quite indiscriptive with short explainations, and generally with very little "fat" to it (Lack of other way to explain it).
I won't thumb down, since I can understand you've at least put some effort into this, but I would suggest trying to "fatten" up your guide some more. Explain everything, but don't explain what items do themselves and such.
Example; Instead of: "Frozen Mallet gives you a slow and slows by 40 % for 3 seconds.", then you should say "The slow from Frozen Mallet is extremely useful, since [Insert Champ Name] relies a lot on getting in, and getting physical, therefore being able to cling to the enemy as Frozen Mallet allows you to, is really useful."
