Fiddlesticks has low-ish damage until 6. Malphite has low damage.If you put some kind of burst in your lane, jungle
Alistar can be really stronk. Alistar doesn't necessarily have low damage though. I think it's pretty high because he has his passive an stuff, and can bring in a couple of AAs.
