Yes Luther, that's my point. Urgot has been viable forever and tier lists have always failed to represent that. There's many examples of that as well.

Urgot has just never really... fit in the current meta. he's got a strong lane phase and mid game but late game his damage falls off hard. his ult is still a game changer but it's gonna pretty much make it a 1:1 trade, which isn't exactly what you want out of your AD carry but its not horrible i guess if you kill theirs.
It's a 1:1 where you blow one ult and the enemy team blows 5 to kill your urgot >:D

Actually the other night Winter played Eve solo top while he was high.
