Ask for advice about lee sin.

If that's the case, then it's like EvilDice said: smartcast. Smartcast basically is a way to program your skills so that you activate them as soon as you press the key. There's no targeting, and you don't have to click your mouse again to activate the skill. This also means that you don't normally see the range on it if you use a skill.
