I know almost nothing about how Twisted Treeline works, so I really can't. Same for Dominion.
One thing that's seen every once in a while bottom lane is what's called a kill lane. It doesn't have the usual carry and support roles. The main purpose of it is to kill the enemies bottom lane repeatedly (i.e. every time they're in lane), which will gimp their AD carry late game. There's a thread about it here which does a far better job of explaining it and listing possible combinations than I could. It's pretty rare, but everyone should be aware that it is a possibility. I wouldn't suggest trying it in any solo queue.

Might have had one last night, Fizz and Singed bot with a Talon top. It was irritating, and the Talon eventually won it for them.

LAWL omg holy **** i do that ALOT! Never even realized it... I play Mao support ALL the time, and whenever im paired with, say, a decent Ez, we ALWAYS get our first kill lvl 2 (>.<). Mah baaaaaaaaad.......
