I feel I can click the skill button and left click fast enough to not use it.

I use it on everything, no exceptions
I get used to ranges with a little bit of practice and it definitely speeds up my gameplay. I'll never go back.

No brah. I'm way too lazy to change my bindings around every match. Cuz not all spells work well with smartcast.
