Since you can shut down the total dmg of a rank 3 
Omen of Famine and the initiate dmg of it's rank 4 with a rank 2 Death's Caress (not including scaling), I'd simply ignore Stun until level 5, since the only thing it could really do is to prevent ganks.
Start with a Doran's Ring to supply it. Or maybe just for this occasion build Chalice.
Shield doesn't deny lifesteal but he will rather use Famine on creeps that way.

That's why Doran's or Chalice first.
And a Yorick that gets close to you by himself without harassing you enough from a safe distance is dumb as hell.

@Potatis, that's what the potions are for. Also, Sion doesn't need the creeps at level 2, he can get those later. He just needs the exp, yorick can't really deny him of that without devoting way too much effort to it.
