Ability Scaling Question

[quote=Kael312]unless a move says it scales off one or the other, or in a couple cases both. warwick has one move that scales with AP. i learned most of my scaling from an ipod app. but if you go to the learning center it will have the scaling for champs on their individual pages[/quote]
