Jarvan is quite strong and counters some champs eg. GP in general I feel like
his skillset is quite awesome and he is quite a good champ.
his lasthitting and normalhit trades are strong.
With just a small buff way more people would play him

He doesn't suck as a Jungler o0.
Maybe he isn't one of the best, but he has a good skillset to do so, he's moderate at least.
Not to mention that he's got some good ganking qualities for not being the fastest in the jungle.
IMO he doesn't need a buff, before his triple nerf he was one sick bastard and with the rebuff of
Martial Cadence he's still a strong top bruiser.

Cleanse stops you from being affected by the taunt again. It's the same with all spells except for "floor-based" slows. Like Kog's and Singed's.
It seemed that way while playing Galio, but I don't see a lot of cleanse so I wasn't sure. (I have <500 games played normal, and just started ranked.)

Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

Nunu Support that is...
Nunu support was a pretty popular pick at IEM Hannover.
It could work.
At the time of Jet's post, Nunu was, hands down, the best jungler in the game, without question, and if you had a Nunu you'd want him in the jungle.
