I lane nunu. Of course, if someone had cleanse, they could just walk out of the dual circle ult.

Laning nunu isn't awful, it's just the fact that he's so much better in the jungle than the lane.
So, what you should do is have nunu jungle (maybe the sustained route?), and once he has his ultimate and you have yours, the 3v2 gank with 2 (maybe 3) AoE ultimates will be pretty devastating. However, this will be even stronger in the team fight phase.
