Did you try to RUSH morellonomicon? I like to play her like an ap corki: 9/0/21 masteries (3% CDR from offense assuming you take ignite, 6% from utility), morellonomicon/athene's rush and then continue with other mpen/ap tanky items like void staff, haunting guise etc.

Great Guide. I have been trying diffrent Lulu builds. But this one seems good. I have tried a coupple of times with Rod of Ages and Nashor's Tooth as first items and it works well.

I really enjoyed your guide and have played about 10 games with mid lulu based on what you wrote. I like her a lot. However, I did make a few adjustments after playing her that I think you might look at. First, I notice that you don't have much cooldown reduction (until your last piece). I think that's a mistake. If you're building AP, you should try to maximize CDR so that you can shoot, cat, or ult more often. In addition, I found myself struggling against regular minion waves, because after you glitter, it's slow going to shoot them all down. I found a solution to both problems by inserting a Nashor's Tooth and switching to Ionian boots. So, I make:

Crystaline Flask
Ruby Crystal
Mana Crystal
Ionian Boots
Nashor's Tooth
Rod of Ages
Rabadon's Deathcap
Liandry's Torment
Rylai's Crystal Scepter

It doesn't get as tanky as you get quite as quickly, but I find with my ability to cast my stronger shields more often, I'm quite safe. I've been enjoying the mid AP lulu build a lot. Thanks for writing this!

Hi, this is my first post on MOBA so hopefully I start off with a good one...Anyway, I've been looking at lots of Lulu guides and have decided that I'll start to save some ip for her or wait for her to go on sale. I found your guide really interesting because you built her AP whereas lots of other guides said to build her attack speed or supp. I do have a question. While I was looking at the scores you had posted at the end of your guide, I saw that you had a TON of assists. This is really peculiar for a mid lamer, especially since Lulu is a pretty good ganker (or at least I think she is...). So I was wondering if you would consider getting rid of one of your tankier items and putting in a more damage dealing item. I'm not sure what you would take out or put in since, as I said before, I'm not an experience Lulu player. I hope all that makes sense... Anyway, really cool guide, makes me want to start playing Lulu right now :P. I don't know if you still check these comments but if you do, it'd be great if you answered my question. Thanks.

Amazing guide, I almost got a Penta (ks for last kill). Went 16/5/7

I did like this guide and I do use it, but if I am to make a request for a feature that helps any and all midlaners is the threat match ups (ex: how to fight Ezreal or Fizz, Rengar, Leblanc, etc.) they really give perspective on what you should do and what your strategies are, just a simple suggestion, and also alternative item/rune/masteries sets would also help, especially since you decided to shift from your attk. speed bonus.

Ok... first of all i want to thank you for this build... it really helped a lot in games but i have a question.Has happedned to you even if u are very bursty and u deal tons of damage still to lose the enemy?(i mean some1 else ks you). I know its a common thing but it happens much often when im with lulu than other champs.And in early with all that hp...is true im tanky but not so bursty. Overall i liked it. Thank you!

This new build is fine, I do see myself getting a nice amount of damage but I find going back into your old build with attack speed/AP/CDR was far superior. I find with your old buil I actually surprise my opponent with hor much dmg I can inflict, don't know if I am just not doing it right but the new build feels sluggish (prob the removal of ATT SPD) and I just don't seem to have as much lane presence as I once did.

Good work with runes and masteries though, maybe even add to your layout and give it that little extra more.

I've tried this build.It's ok but then I thought what if I mix both AP and AD on Lulu.I'm only 29 level for now and didn't play any ranked game so I dont know if it works there.Here some my last games with similar builds.pls feedback so I can change and improve my game ^^
