Question about Executioner

For example, [[Hemoplague]] does not increase all damage(summoner spells) while [[Diplomatic immunity]] does.(I think) EDIT: I just remember a RIOT member posting something on an Ahri "bug" where [[Orb of deception]] wouldn't do as much damage on the way back as it was doing on the first pass. [/quote] it increases chogath feast and olaf e so i guess it would increase ignite (not sure tho)[/quote]
