Thanks for the vote and feedback! Implemented your suggestions, didn't notice the summoner's wrath thing before. I thought about comment to vote before, and just thought people wouldn't vote because they'd be too lazy to comment first. Its implemented now, or at least should be.

This is a really interesting new way to play Ahri. I have no idea if this might work but i will try it someday. I like the way you explain your decisions and that you talk about some options.
What I would suggest to improve your guides format is to add some color to your texts, especially to the sections items and tips. Furthermore I personally prefer small items within texts rather than that big ones in your masteries section.
Also I would like to see you go more into detail about the way you play Shredder Ahri and to write something about when you think this Ahri build might be a recommandable pick instead of an AP Ahri.
All in all a nice guide that, in combination with that innovative idea, deserves a +1 ;)

Thanks for the feedback! I have changed the mastery image links to be the smaller text-based links. I, too, have been on the fence between using the smaller vs the bigger ones for this section. I think the smaller ones will work better. Updated FAQ section

Thanks for all the feedback, guys! I truly did not expect anyone to even read my guide. Just kind of made it for my own records (I love the item sequence diagrams provided by this site). I made it at 5AM with no sleep, so I really did not care for the BB/style code at that time, but I will definitely add some when time permits.
As for the build itself, it does work. I've been playing it in pvp matches. The only thing is that I havent tried it with full AD runes, yet.
some stats I have are:
17/4/11 AI
17/4/17 AI
15/3/8 PVP
7/4/6 PVP
5/9/11 PVP

As stated above, AD Ahri does work, and it works well, since I've seen my friend use it(not from this build), but the items are the same, and with 3 somewhat like flashes from your ultimate, you should be able to chase anyone down.
No AD Ahri works! With her charm you can deal lots of damage. (I think XD)
