hey, recently got to lvl 30 and started to play draft and ranked games.
So i have a question, since im new to this and dont have any lvl 30 i can ask.

My q/ is about the champ pick in these types of games, since i only play a specific type of champs (and limited in noumber) a lot players flame about this, even thought i only had wins so far and excellent in game stats...I play only ad/ad carry champs,Vayne,GP,Rene,Nasus,Riven,Shaco,Trynd (have 3 others but dont like 'em) ... is this enough,or should buy more champs (like supp/ap/***...etc) leant them, and then countinu to play in draft/ranked games?

tnx in advance :)

If that's what you're good at then let them be trolls. AD carry is what most people want to play so just say that that's all you play at the beginning in champ selection. Certain AD's can perform other roles like jungle or solo top so instead of having to learn a new champ, maybe try a different role with the same champs. Riven, GP and Shaco all are well known for the jungle and Renekton, Nasus, Riven, GP and Trynd are all well known as solo tops.

Hope this helps! :3

You should state (be friendly about it) that you would like to play AD (top I assume?)/AD Carry. Then they should keep that in mind and let you choose whomever you want to play in that category. It is a good idea that you buy more champions of different roles so in a scenario where they are ignoring your request, you can choose another champion to play so all roles are ideally filled. Practice them as well so you are in that comfort zone playing those champions.
Thanks to koksei for sig!

Well i tend to do the very same :) i always state my case,it's not really that i prefer to play with ad/carry ,but that's how i started and played, dont have sufficient ip to but all AP runes (for example) as well as champs ... i can play anything, support, solo, jungle ,but for some people that spells noob :P even though i carry the whole team in many games ^^

but ill try to expand my list of champs :)

Well,if your playing ranked you should be able to play more than one single role, cause you really don't get to play what you want. and ad carry.. I'm good adc but i never really play that role in rankeds, except im duoing bot with a friend i always avoid going bot hence you have to lane with someone and there are LOTS of trolls/unskilleds at rankeds. Like supports taking cs, carries that are bad and such.

So imo, start playing with more champs.

When I start a ranked match I always say this:

Hello,

I prefer to play AP mid or support,

I could play jungle on a 'decent to none' level

You don't want me as solo top or AD ranged.
If League of Legends is gay, then I am super****.

Most high Elo players get there by spamming the balls out of one or two champions

If you have success with what you are doing there is no reason to change it, unless there's a better way for you. :P

Master one or two champs completely to a point where you can play consistently and make little to no mistakes (one or two). Then transition into learning the mechanics of the game and then learn more champs after you learn the mechanics

That's what I would suggest at least.
