You know Phantom Dancer doesn't really help if you don't have any AD?

I agree with both of the above comments about picking either full AP or AD. Not only is the Phantom Dancer wasted since you have no AD if you look at the tool tip for Electrical Surge the bonus damage on the fifth hit is based on your AD not AP so all you attack speed is doing is letting you throw the stun associated with it more often, and if what you want is to be a stun monster then you should really go AP.

Not gonna vote cause I think you just need more information about those kind of mechanics.

BTW, No offence to you, but am I the only one that feels that people should at least be lvl 30 before making a guide cause I don't think a lvl 25 has the knowledge to teach someone else a champion. Just my opinion.

If you are going to make an AP build, make an AP build. Or make an AD build (personally i prefer AP). The crit chance from Phantom Dancer is completely wasted. Also, put some coding in your build and read jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. I don't think attack speed hybrid is the way you should build kennen. When you are in Lightning Rush form, you can't even attack so it is kinda wasted. Because of this, there is no need to level it past level one until very late game when you absolutely have to. You have no physical damage so crits will do no damage so crit masteries are pointless. Some other stuff too but those are the main points you should work on if you want this build to be successful

umm ok; so first thing first, make 'electrical surge' look like Electrical Surge. It makes your paragraphs look less overwhelming
Second of all, im a little confused as to why you build AD/AS on kennen. I mean, i think that if you're going to do that, you should go ALL IN! I think you should build AS by -you know, by adding stuff like Wit's End and Ionic Spark!

Not quite sure what the Phantom Dancer is in there for besides AS. TBH, you should rethink your guide about AS kennen - at least the phantom dancer part haha. I don't see its CSC or movespeed bonus ever substantially kicking into play there
